• You have complete control over the App Store once you've signed into your account. On a virtual machine, you can install almost any macOS software you desire.
• From the Dock at the bottom of the screen, select the App Store. It's possible that you'll have to re-enter your Apple ID credentials.
• Navigate to the macOS app you want to install. Then click Get, and then Install. Select Open once the installation is complete, and you're ready to start.
