 Problems that can be experienced with Mac:

• difficulties with the start-up-If your Mac won't boot up properly and you're gazing at a blank screen or a grey startup screen instead of your desktop, it's time to try Safe Mode.
• Login things that aren't compatible-Remove each login item one at a time, then restart your Mac to see if the problem has been resolved.
• App isn't responding-It's possible that a programme will cause your Mac to hang on occasion. When an app hangs, it locks you out and prevents you from doing anything, including quitting. Enter the command: Force Quit. The Force Quit menu can be accessed via the Apple icon in the upper-left corner or by pressing Command-Option-Escape.
