• The first thing to note is that you do not need to make any changes to your YouTube or blog; instead, you must provide this tax information to Google Adsense.
• So, first and foremost, create a Google Adsense account. Now, under the left side menu, click on the payment link. For further information,
• Now select Manage Settings from the drop-down menu.
• Simply select United States tax information from the drop-down menu. 
• Now select Manage tax information from the drop-down menu.
• To submit your tax information, simply click this Add tax information button.
• Adsense is now verifying your identity. So simply type in your Google password and click Next. For further information,
• Select the person option here; however, if you run a business and want to submit tax information for your company, select the non-individual/entity option.
