If you already have an Add-ons account, you can upgrade to a Firefox account by logging in or registering with the same email address as your Add-ons account.

Go to the add-ons section of the website.
Log in by clicking the Login button.
Click Sign in after entering your email address and password.
You'll be redirected to https://addons.mozilla.org once again.
Setups from other browsers can be imported.
Video, audio, and interactive settings are all available.
