Why can't I get Safari on my iPhone?

Steps you can follow if  you can't get Safari on your iPhone

• Make sure that Safari is turned on in Settings>General>Restrictions. If it is, search all of your screens and files because you won't be able to delete it. If you still can't find it, go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout
• Your iPhone should be updated.
• Because Safari is a native iOS program, the only way to update it is to upgrade your iPhone. Open Settings and select General -> Software Update from the drop-down menu.  If an iOS update is available, tap Downloading and Installing
