How can I open a Telegram channel that cannot be displayed?

• You must select the 'Disable filtering' option to fix the 'this channel cannot be seen on Telegram' problem. This is a filter for sensitive content.
• On the Telegram mobile app, the 'Disable filtering' option is activated by default.
• You must log in to your Telegram account after downloading and installing the Telegram desktop client.
• Telegram's desktop version, like Whatsapp, allows you to log in by scanning a QR code. This capability can also be used to access your Telegram account from other devices.
• Launch the app after it has finished installing; it will display a QR code. Take out your phone and look for the Telegram app.
