To add a new user, follow the steps below.

In Search Console, select a property.
In the navigation pane, click the Settings icon.
Select Users & Permissions from the drop-down menu.
Select the rights to grant the user by clicking Add user. Fill in the new user's Google Account name (email). (To gain access to a Search Console property, you must have a Google Account.)
Select the level of access you want to give the user.
To access the property, the new user must first add it to their property list.
