If you're connecting to an Exchange mailbox and not using Microsoft 365 email, or if you're not sure whether you're using Microsoft 365 email, look up your settings as follows:

• Use the Outlook Web App to log in to your account. See Sign in to Outlook Web App for further information.
• Select Settings Settings icon > Mail > POP & IMAP from the toolbar in Outlook Web App.
  
• The POP and IMAP settings page lists the POP3, IMAP4, and SMTP server names, as well as any other settings you might need to provide.
