How do I fix Outlook not syncing?

This problem can be quickly resolved by resynchronizing your Outlook folders. To re-synchronize Outlook, follow the procedures outlined below.
Step 1: Select Options from the Tools menu.
Step 2: Select the Mail Setup tab in the Options dialogue box.
Step 3: In the Send / Receive section, check the Send instantly when connected box.
Step 4: Select Perform an automated Send / Receive when existing from the Send/Receive tab.
Step 5: To close the window, click Close, and then OK.

This solution will immediately resolve the Outlook email synchronization problem.
