Why does my Microsoft Outlook says not connected to the server while I can get the same email on my iPhone?

Steps to Fix it:

Just went through and removed each of my accounts from the Outlook app one by one.
To uninstall the 'Outlook' app from my iPhone, Simply went to the iOS settings, 'Storage & icloud' settings, manage storage, picked the 'Outlook' app, and clicked 'Delete.'
The software was re-downloaded from the App Store.
Then re-entered my accounts into the app.
Your iPhone is running the most recent version of iOS 10, plus You routinely update your apps.
