Steps to Fix it:
- Just went through and removed each of my accounts from the Outlook app one by one.
- To uninstall the 'Outlook' app from my iPhone, Simply went to the iOS settings, 'Storage & icloud' settings, manage storage, picked the 'Outlook' app, and clicked 'Delete.'
- The software was re-downloaded from the App Store.
- Then re-entered my accounts into the app.
- Your iPhone is running the most recent version of iOS 10, plus You routinely update your apps.
