- Calibre can be downloaded from the official download page here if you haven't already. It's cross-platform (Windows, Linux, and MacOS), and there's a portable version if you want to carry it around in a bag.
- Launch Calibre and select the Add Books icon in the toolbar to add your EPUB. Calibre will copy the EPUB to the default library location (which you can modify by clicking the Books icon in the toolbar) and then add it to the library.
- Right-click the EPUB in question in the library and choose Convert books, then Convert individually.
- If you want to batch convert a lot of EPUBs, pick them all first, then right-click and choose Convert books > Bulk convert.
- This will open the Convert window, where we can provide the required output parameters. Select Output format (PDF) from the drop-down list on the top right. Change any metadata (title, author, etc.) on this page if necessary.
- You can also alter (or add if it's not already there) the cover, which will be used on the PDF's first page.
- Switch to the PDF Output page after you've finished configuring the metadata.
