If the file does not open after double-clicking it, choose 'Edit with Adobe' if you are using Adobe. Then you may use method 1 to save it with a new, shorter name or method 2 to save it with a new, longer name.
or Open a registry editor (regedit.exe)
HKEY LOCAL MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlFileSystem is the location to look for.
LongPathsEnabled should be double-clicked.
Set the value to 1 and click OK.
Reboot.
