Follow these steps:
  1. In a Windows application, open a file.
  2. Select File > Print from the File menu.
  3. In the Print dialogue box, select Adobe PDF as the printer.
  4. Click the Properties (or Preferences) button to adjust the Adobe PDF printer settings. (In some apps, you may need to open the list of printers by clicking Setup in the Print dialogue box, then clicking Properties or Preferences.)
  5. To print, press the Print button. Click Save after giving your file a name.
