  Rename Your downloaded PDF files:

Why can

  • There are four possible reasons why you can't rename your PDF
  • An application is still open with the file. Because the file system on your computer organises and numbers files in a methodical manner, renaming a file means reorganising it in the computer.
  • In another window, the file is deleted or modified. The only method to check is to press F5 or right-click on the window and select refresh from the menu.
  • The file's name is too long or contains characters that are not permitted.
  • A defective application was used to create the file.
