Steps to small PDF file is too big to upload:
- Remove any graphics, formatting, or macros that aren't needed. Save the document as a newer version of Word. Reduce the image file size before inserting it into the page. If the file is still too large, save it as a PDF.
- Use a PDF editor to open the file.
- If you're using Nitro PDF Professional, go to the Nitro PDF button and select Prepare, then Optimize Document.
- Click Advanced, then PDF Optimizer in Adobe Acrobat.
- To optimise your document, choose your files and then press OK.
- Drag & drop files into the drop zone or use the Select a file button above. Choose the PDF file you want to shrink. Acrobat will automatically reduce the PDF size after it has been uploaded.
- To download or share your compressed PDF, sign in.
