- On your mobile phone go to the options menu
- Select Apps.
- Locate the Adobe Reader application.
- Select Force Stop from the drop-down menu.
- To force a stop, click Okay.
- Clear cache and clear data are the two options available.

- Look for Adobe Reader.
- To update your app, select Update.
