Steps to  enable write options in an Adobe PDF reader:

• By selecting the  Select a file button above, or by dragging and dropping a file into the drop zone, you can select a PDF to edit.
• Sign in to add your comments after Acrobat has uploaded the file.
• Add text, sticky notes, highlights, drawings, and more to the toolbar.
• Get a URL to share your annotated file or download it.
• To correct a typo, change typefaces, or add new material to a PDF, edit the text.
• Images can be moved, rotated, flipped, or added (JPG, PNG, and more)
• Add bulleted or numbered lists to your document.
• Add page numbers or watermarks if desired.
