My phone stopped working and it won't charge. What should I do?

Steps to Fix :

• Restart Your Device-Simply hold the power button and tap the Restart option to execute a rapid reset.
• Try Activating Safe Mode on Your Phone-Press and hold the power button on most new Android devices to enter safe mode. Touch and hold the Power off button in the resulting prompt. Your phone will resume in safe mode shortly after you accept the prompt. Simply restart your phone to escape safe mode.
• Change the Cable, Socket, or Adapter
• Make Certain It Isn't a Software Issue-It could be a software fault if your phone isn't charging even though it claims it is, or if it is charging but there isn't a charging icon displayed. Installing the Ampere app will tell you whether or not any electricity is reaching your phone.
• The Charging Port Should Be Cleaned
• Is Your Phone Suffering From Water Damage?
• Visit a Customer Service Center.
