Why is it that MOST technical problems I have are with Google Chrome and not with other browsers?

• To rule out any unsupported versions, update Chrome to the most recent version.
• Compare the version of the extension you have installed to the one available in the Chrome Web Store.
• Extensions should update automatically, but you may manually update them on the target system by going to chrome:/extensions and clicking the update button.
• Check to see if it instals after clearing the chrome cache.
• Remove the Chrome profile from your computer. It's important to remember that once you remove a profile, so's gone forever, so only do it when absolutely necessary
• If all else fails, contact the extension's creator to check if there is a known problem or if there are any extra troubleshooting methods available.
• Consider using Chrome Browser Cloud Management's extension reporting to discover if there are any other users who have this extension installed and are potentially affected. Here's a link to a YouTube video that walks you through how to handle extensions in the console.
