The word ‘Sub Judice’ law is means “under a judge” or any matter, the case is in a trial under the Court or judge

The word ‘sub Judice’ is
derived from the Latin word. And the legal means of the word is that any judge/ruling authority/judge has Jurisdiction over any matter and the judge/ruling authority/judge has Jurisdiction over any matter and the power to judge a case has been given by the statutes of the law of the nation.
In some countries like India, England, and Wales, Ireland, New Zealand,
Pakistan, Bangladesh, Japan. The word Sub Judice means the same as explained above and it is also said that the questioning on the rule of the law means the power of the judge. And if any judgment or any decree is provided by the court then it should not be discussed publically or should be contempt by the people of India.
Especially in the cases of Criminal matters when any judgment is passed out by a judge then according to the word Sub Judice, this judgment should not be criticized or discussed evilly
and it should become under the offence of contempt of the court.
Before 1981, this word was used in English law to describe the matter which is being used to prejudice the proceedings of the court in Public.
Contempt of Court Act 1981, the establishment of the act seems to be irrelevant especially for the journalist of the nation who is independent to
represent the truth and opinion of the people but, with the statutes given in this act prohibit them to state any such matter that seems to court be contempt.
Under section 2 of the Contempt Court Act says a substantiality chance of arrest of the print media or the journalist, and to control the media platform.
Later on in the United States the First Amendment happened in which the provision of the
Right to speech
was given, which was the failure of the Contempt of Court Act.
