Smart City Mission launched on 25th June 2015 with the aim to develop 100 smart cities equipped with basic infrastructure and offer a good quality of life through smart solutions. 

These are the attributes attached to this mission which are assurance of water and power supply, sanitation and solid waste management, efficient urban mobility and public transport, robust IT connectivity, e-governance as well as citizen participation along with safety of its citizens.

Startup India, Startup India launched on 14 January 2016. Objective : Under this scheme, the start-ups will adopt self-certification to reduce the regulatory liabilities. The mobile app will help startup founders to easily register.
