| Cabbage | 1 cup finely chopped |

| Black pepper | 2 tsp |
| Salt | to taste |
| Chili flakes | 1 tsp |
| Mozzarella cheese | 1 cup |
| Oil | 2 tbsp |
| grated cottage cheese | ½ cup |
| Lemon juice | 2 tsp |
How to make pizza on griddle
- First heat the oil in a wok, now add onion to it, after 1 minute add cabbage, shilma chilli.
- Let it cook on high flame, add sweet corn, black pepper, salt after 1-2 minutes.
- Now add 1 tsp Schezwan Sauce, 2 tsp Tomato Sauce, 1 tsp Chili Flax.
- Now heat a thick griddle, apply oil with the help of a brush.
- Now place the pizza base on it and allow it to roast for ½ min, now spread the mixture of prepared vegetables in it, add hefty cheese and cheese on top.
- Cover it and cook on medium heat for ½ to 1 min. All it has to cook is to melt the cheese.
- Now take it out in a plate, cut it into four parts and serve with sauce.
Tip - You can spread this vegetable mixture in addition to the pizza base, so that this bread will become pizza.

These are the Ingredients to use for tawa pizza
- 1/2 or 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1/2 cup of white flour
- 1/2 table spoon of baking powder
- 1/2 table spoon of baking soda
- 1tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup of curd
- Salt as per your taste
- 1 or 1/4 cup of water
For toppings
- 1/4 cup capsicum
- 1/4 cup of onion
- 1/2 cup of baby corn
- 1/4 tbsp of oregano
- 3 tbsp of pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
- Chilli flakes
- Oil as needed
How to make :
Take a bowl and add the followings :
Wheat flour, white flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, curd, and salt to taste. Mix the ingredients well.
Add water and make a smooth dough.
Meanwhile, prepare topping - Heat the oil with saute baby corn, capsicum and onion along with oregano and chilli flakes. Now divide the dough into three ball and flatten them. Brush the top with oil and heat it on tawa on slow gas. After this spread the sauce and vegetables over pizza base. Spread cheese and prepared toppings.
