Necessary ingredients
To fill momos
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 large cups of flour
  • 3-4 drops Vanilla Essence
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons oil
For momos
  • 2 cups Maida
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cups Maida
  • Water according to need
For decoration
  • Dry Fruits
Method
  • First, mix all the ingredients of momos filling in a vessel.
  • Now cook this stuff in microwave in a high temperature for 6-10 minutes.
  • Your momos filing is ready.

Now for momos

  • Now add maida in a vessel and add water and knead softly. Now make small balls of it and roll it like a poori.
  • Now put prepared filling in it and pack it well from all sides.
  • Steam and cook the prepared momos for 20-25 minutes.
  •  Your hot chocolate momos are ready.
  • If you want the best taste of chocolate momos, you can also eat it with vanilla ice cream.
  • Garnish with dry fruit and serve and enjoy chocolate momos too.

How to make Chocolate Momos?
Ingredients required :
For outer layer : 1 Cup of flour
Semolina : 1 tbsp
1/2 tbsp of salt
Oil : 2 Tbsp
Water as needed
Stuffing ingredients : 
1/2 cup of chopped dark chocolate
1 Tbsp Chopped mixed dry fruits
Oil for frying
How to make :
Take the flour, oil and salt in a large bowl and mixed them well with fingers. Now add some water to make a soft less sticky dough. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix stuffing ingredients and keep it aside. Now divide the dough into small, equal sized balls. Roll them out into small discs and do stuffing. Apply some water on the edges of each disc to seal it completely. 
Now, heat the oil and deep fry momos on low flame for 5-8 minutes or till it looks crispy and golden. Add 2-3 pieces at a time. 
Keep following the same process with all the momos.  And serve your chocolate momos or alternatively you can steam them and serve your guest soft balls of chocolate momos.
