Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu is the Vice-President of India and also Rajya Sabha Chairman. He completed 2 years of his office in 2019 and on that occasion, he released his book by the name of 'Listening, Learning, Leading'. The book showcases 2 years of the Vice- President's extensive engagement in the running of the country.. He stated 'as India is transforming, my thoughts are also transforming in the same direction'. 

The 257-page book has 232 photographs of Naidu’s public engagements. There is also a very important chapter in the book which shows the 'turnaround' in the way Rajya Sabha functions. The book also has the information about the e-notice feature which Shri Naidu has invented in the Rajya Sabha among other features as well.
