Who has penned a book titled I Do What I Do On Reform Rhetoric and Resolve

Raghuram Rajan is the author of the above-mentioned book -  Reform, Rhetoric, and Resolve'. Full name - (Raghuram Govind Rajan) is a prominent economist and the 23rd Governor of the Reserve Bank of India. 

After the retirement of D. Subbarao on 4 September 2013, he assumed the post. Prior to this, he was the Distinguished Service Professor of Eric J. Jay Gleacher Finance at the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, Chief Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh.
From 2003 to 2006 he was the Chief Economist and Research Director of the International Monetary Fund and also headed the committee appointed by the Planning Commission for financial reforms in India.
Rajan Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Department of Economics and Sloan School of Management; He has also been a visiting professor at the Kellogg School of Management at North Western University and the Stockholm School of Economics. He has also served as an advisor to the Ministry of Finance of India, the World Bank, the Federal Reserve Board, and the Swedish Parliamentary Commission.
In 2011, he was the President of the American Finance Association and is currently a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. In his first speech after assuming office on 4 September 2013, Rajan announced the end of the license system for opening new branches of Indian banks. In 2020 he had given an interview to former INC president Rahul Gandhi.
