Overview
In India, almost 105 amendments have been made in the constitution of India with the lawmakers and parliamentary bodies. Some of them are included in the historical means and some are accepted simply.

Every amendment has brought some changes in the ruling and structure of the constitution as the Amendment Act of 1976 was enacted during the ruling of Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhiwhich has been the controversial point of the Indian constitution.
Hereunder the amendment of the Indian Constitution of 1991, taken some changes including the change in the Delhi ruling and 1991 under the amendment act the Delhi was changed into the Union Territory of the Country.

As per the provision given by the constitution under clause 3(a) of the article 239AA, the Legislative Assembly can make the amendments in the constitution.
 And also it was added in the Provisions that matters related to the state and concurrent lists like law and order and all such will be governed under the ruling of the Lieutenant Governor of the state.

Also, there shall be a council of the ministers that will be constituted by the Chief Minister of the state which will give the aid and help the LG of the state as provided in clause 4 of the article.

Including this, the LG has to be directly connected with the president of the country and in any matter of conflicts between the LG and ministers are to be sent directly to the presidents of the country.
