China were delegated Badminton Asia Mixed Team Championships victors in the wake of edging Japan in an intently battled last in Hong Kong.

Han delivered a great rebound to edge her opponent in two successive matches to dominate 17-21, 21-19, 21-17. It left the result of the opposition laying on the ladies' doubles match. Asia Mixed Team Championship is considered as one of the biggest Badminton tournaments at the Asian continent level and the team winning it is considered as the probable contender for the Olympics as well as All England Badminton Championship. China has won the most titles so far which clearly shows its dominance in this competition.
