"Anita Gets Bail" is a classic novel authored by prominent intellectual Arun Shourie who served as a minister in the late AB Vajpayee's government. It is published by Harper Collins (United Kingdom) in 2018 and it turned out to be one of the best sellers of that year. Arun Shourie was also nominated for the best author prize at the Zambia literature festival.

About Author
Arun Shourie is an Indian economist, journalist, author and politician. He has worked as an economist with the World Bank, a consultant to the Planning Commission of India, editor of the Indian Express and The Times of India and a Minister of Communications and Information Technology in the Vajpayee Ministry. Recently he suffered a brain injury and Prime Minister Narendra Modi had paid him a visit.
