At the Daulat Beg Oldi airstrip in Ladakh, Indian Air force performed this highest landing of C- 130J on 20 August 2013.

The C-130 J is the newest version of the C-130 Hercules and it is the only one of the model in production right now.

The Indian Air Force hits its own world record for high altitude operations. The highest ever landing by C-130 is at 16,614 feet.

It was a exhausting 13-hours-31-minute non-stop flight which shows bravery, great courage and skills.
