The Islamic state or ISIS is a militant organization that emerged in 2014 and took control over Iraq and Syria. This group primarily originates as Al Qaeda in 2004. ISIS was an ally of and had similarities with Osama bin Laden’s al Qaeda: both were radical anti-western militant groups working towards establishing an independent Islamic state in the region.
But unlike al Qaeda it turns out to be very brutal and powerful in controlling the territory it has seized. ISIS is known for killing dozens of people at a time and carrying out public executions, crucifixions, and other acts. ISIS goes global: 90 attacks in 21 countries have killed nearly 1,400 people.
ISIS place governing structures in situ to rule the territories it conquers once the mud settles on the parcel of land. From the cupboard and therefore the governors to the monetary and legislative bodies, ISIS' official hierarchy appearance loads like those of a number of the Western countries whose values it rejects -- if you are taking away the democracy and add during a council to think about UN agency ought to be headless.
