- Look at the register in denominational numerals.
- With denominational numerals as a latent picture
- Devanagari denominational numeral
- Mahatma Gandhi's image has had its orientation and relative position modified.
- When the note is tilted, the windowed security thread changes colour from green to blue.
- Guarantee Clause, Governor's signature, Promise Clause, and RBI insignia to the right
- Watermarks for portraits and electrotypes
- On the top left and bottom right sides, there is a number panel with numerals that rise in size from small to large.
- Denomination in numerals on the bottom right, with Rupee Symbol in colour changing ink (green to blue).
- On the right, the Ashoka Pillar insignia.
For the blind and visually impaired:
- Mahatma Gandhi's image, Ashoka Pillar emblem, bleed lines, and identifying marks are all printed in intaglio or raised printing.
- On the right, there is a circle with Rs.500 in raised print.
- In raised print, there are 5 bleed lines on the left and right sides.
Reverse:
- On the left, the Swachh Bharat logo with the motto Language panel, and in the centre, the Red Fort - a depiction of an Indian heritage monument with the Indian flag.
- On the right, the Devnagari denomination number.
