Remove your socks : According to 1999 study, warm hands and feet let us sleep quickly.
A dark room, A Deep sleep : It is always suggested to keep your room's light off as it helps in providing relaxation to mind and eyes.
Keep your room cool : A room that's too hot and too cold can both disturb your sleep. Temperature between 60 and 67 degree fahrenheit is suitable.
