Turning on or off iCloud functions, such as the Contacts app, might assist in pushing and retrieving contacts information from your iCloud account. Here's how you do it:

  1. Go to [Your Name]->Settings.
  2. Select iCloud from the menu.
  3. To turn it off, go to Contacts and press it.
  4. Restart your iPhone if necessary.
  5. Return to Settings-> [Your Name]->iCloud after that.
  6. To reactivate it, go to Contacts and press it.
Check your phonebook or contacts list to determine if it's already loaded with all of your contacts information after restarting your iPhone.
