You may transform your
Windows 10 PC into a
mobile hotspot by sharing your Internet connection over Wi-Fi with other devices. It is possible to share a
Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or cellular data connection. If your PC has a cellular data connection, it will take data from your data plan if you share it.
Select Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile hotspot from the Start menu.
Choose the Internet connection you wish to share from Share my Internet connection.
Select Edit, then type in a new network name and password before clicking Save.
The option to share my Internet connection with other devices is enabled.
To connect on the other device, go to the Wi-Fi settings on that device, search for your
network name, pick it, enter the password, and connect.
