AirDrop, once again, requires Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity to function effectively. If something goes wrong with your Bluetooth or Wi-Fi network, you'll almost certainly experience problems with AirDrop transfers. In this instance, you might attempt the
following steps:
- Swipe up from the bottom of your iPhone screen to access the Control Center.
- To turn Bluetooth off, tap the Bluetooth icon. To switch off Wi-Fi on your device, do the same thing with the Wi-Fi icon.
- Tap the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi icons, respectively, after a few seconds to switch the features back on and re-enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi services on your smartphone.
Toggle Airplane mode on to turn Bluetooth and Wi-Fi off, then toggle Airplane mode off to turn them both back on at the same time.
