You can always use your online calendar to manage your schedule when it comes to appointments, meetings, and other events. Set up your web calendar on your iPhone to sync dates and appointments, and your iPhone will become your personal assistant. Here's how to do it:

1. From your Home screen, open the Settings app.
2. Select Calendar.
3. Go to Accounts and choose it.
4. Select Add Account from the drop-down menu.
5. Select Google.
6. After each step, enter your Google account login details and hit Next.
7. To sync each Google service, tap the switch next to it. If you already have local mail, calendars, contacts, or notes on your phone, you'll have to choose whether to keep them or delete them each time you activate the service.
8. In the upper right corner of your screen, tap Save.
