- Go to the main menu and select 'Home.'
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Select General.
- Restart by pressing the Reset button.
- Select Reset Network Settings from the drop-down menu.
- If prompted, enter your device's valid password.
- Confirm your decision.
All data connections on your iPhone will be reset to their original or factory defaults if you reset the network settings on your iPhone. Wi-Fi profiles and networks, tethered connections, linked Bluetooth devices, network options, and other pertinent data will be destroyed as part of the process.
