To complete the procedure, you'll need a Wi-Fi connection once again. After ensuring that your device is connected to the Internet, proceed with the procedures below.
- Go to the main menu and select 'Home.'
- Go to the Settings tab.
- At the top of the list, tap your Apple ID.
- Sign in with your Apple ID if required to continue.
- Select iCloud from the menu.
- Toggle the switch to ON by tapping Contacts.
- Select the option to Merge contacts with iCloud if requested.
- the iCloud Backup app is located at the bottom of the list.
- If disabled, tap to turn on the iCloud Backup option.
- Tap Back Up Now to continue.
Wait until the backup is finished. All your contacts should now have a separate backup on iCloud.
