When you're through accessing the Internet via Personal Hotspot, remember to disconnect to prevent paying extra charges for exceeding data restrictions.

  • To disconnect a device from your iPhone 8 Personal Hotspot network, just switch off Personal Hotspot on your iPhone, turn off Bluetooth, or unplug your device's USB connector.
If you are having troubles with Personal Hotspot on your iPhone 8, try restarting your wireless router or modem as well as all of your devices before attempting to set up Personal Hotspot again.
