The Control Center gives you rapid access to your iPhone's most important features, such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. By activating the Control Center on your iPhone X, you may access and make required alterations to any of these controls or icons. The steps to disconnect Wi-Fi networks from the control center are as follows:

  1. Swipe your finger up from the bottom of the screen to access the Control Center.
  2. Select the Wi-Fi Online option (Wi-Fi icon in a blue circle). Your device will disconnect from any network it is connected to when the icon dims.
  3. When Wi-Fi is turned off, the auto-join feature for any nearby Wi-Fi network is turned off as well.  To enable auto-join for nearby Wi-Fi networks, you need to turn Wi-Fi back on, connect to your preferred Wi-Fi network, then restart your iPhone.
