How to fix iPhone X iMessage not delivered or iMessage stopped working issues
1 Answer
This one is straightforward, but it is frequently the source of the problem in the first place. Some people disable iMessage on purpose or by accident and then forget about it. Whatever the reason may be, it's worth taking a few seconds to check if the iMessage service is turned on or not. To do so, go to Settings > Messages
and turn on iMessage (if it isn't already on). The notice 'Waiting for activation' will appear beneath iMessage. That means your gadget is currently communicating with Apple servers. Activation can take anywhere from a few minutes to many hours, depending on how quickly your connection and Apple server confirm the request. Apple confirms that the activation procedure might take up to
24 hours to complete.
