- Go to the Settings-> iTunes & App Store menu to do so.
- Then, at the top of the screen, tap on your Apple ID.
- After that, quit Settings by tapping Sign Out.
- Return to the Settings app and choose iTunes & App Store.
- To sign back into your Apple or iTunes account, tap Sign in and input your Apple ID credentials.
After that, reboot your iPhone to clean and refresh the internal memory. Then try updating applications once more.
