- Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen to access the Control Center on your iPhone.
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen if you have an earlier iPhone with a Home button.
- Make sure the 'Bluetooth' and 'Wi-Fi' toggles are activated in the 'Toggles' menu.
- On your iPhone, open the 'Watch' app. If you can't find the app on your phone, use Apple's built-in Spotlight Search.
- Select the 'General' option from the 'My Watch' tab.
- Swipe down to the bottom of the page and select 'Reset' from the drop-down menu.
- Tap the 'Reset Sync Data' button in the new menu.
- Pair your Apple Watch to your iPhone using the Watch app once the process is complete.
