Using a cord, connect your iPhone to your computer. Select your iPhone from the Finder sidebar on your Mac.
Note that macOS 10.15 or later is necessary to sync content via the Finder. Use iTunes to sync with your Mac if you're running an older version of
macOS.
Select the type of content you wish to sync at the top of the window (for example, Movies or Books).
Note: See Transfer files between your iPhone and your computer for more information on how to use the Files option.
Sync [content type] to [device name]' is the option to choose.
All items of a content type are synced by default, but you can sync specific items, such as music, movies, books, or calendars.
Then click Apply for each type of content you want to sync. When you connect your Mac and iPhone, they sync.
