Make sure you're not in airplane mode: Select Start, then Settings > Network & Internet >
Airplane mode from the drop-down menu. Make sure you're not in airplane mode.
To turn on and off Bluetooth, go to Start, then Settings
> Devices > Bluetooth & other devices. Turn Bluetooth off for a few seconds, then on again.
Remove and then re-add the Bluetooth device: Choose Start, then
Settings > Devices > Bluetooth and other devices. Select the device you're having trouble connecting to under Bluetooth, then Remove
device > Yes.
