If any of our activity or behaviour dissatisfies or hurt someone's expectations then we must take the following steps in order to improve our behaviour.
Step 1 : First analyse your behaviour that what and how it is making a bad impact on others.
Step 2 : Find out the cause and reason of your flaws, that why does it take place? What are the logical reasons which make you do those things which doesn't satisfies somebody.
Step 3 : Make a detailed research of your problems and issues. And then find out the solutions and alternatives which can replace that particular behaviour of yours.
Step 4 : Practice your solutions every minute and place the alternatives when needed.
Step 5 : Analyse the differences between the past and present experience. If your solutions are working on right path and nobody is affecting negatively then make it a habit.
Step 6 : Feedbacks can be taken from the closed ones. They can also suggest some ideas which can lead you to a right and better path.
