B. Ravi Pillai (born 2 September 1953) is an Indian billionaire business tycoon. He is the founder and CEO of RP Group of companies. Ravi Pillai was born in the Kollam district of Kerala in a family of poor farmers. During his time at college, he started his first business, a chit fund in Kollam on purportedly borrowed cash.
