MAY 2, 2015 : A Book named China – Confucius in the Shadows was delivered by the Vice President M. Hamid Ansari on 1 May 2015. Confucius was considered as the most effective creator in Chinese history.

Book has been composed by Poonam Surie. Poonam Surie is an Adjunct Fellow at the Institute of Chinese Studies, New Delhi.
The book features that in the developing socio political milieu of China; deciphering Confucian way of thinking as being non-confrontationist, big-hearted and with qualities, for example, obedient devotion and agreement could enable the current political system to manage such issues as defilement and rising disparities.
