And, if you are in need of solitude, then surely you had hit a right place!
Switzerland is been loved for its flawless beauty which includes the waterfalls, mountain vistas, and the alpine peaks. Well, my personal best is the Trummelbach Falls snuggled in a canyon with the corkscrew waterfall, a part of the valleys’ collection of waterfalls.

You had another option as… can jump on the train for reaching out a Christmas Market as Lauterbrunnen is connected spectacularly with other mountain ranges.
Interested to know more about the culture of Switzerland then hang a while at Ballenberg, an ancient collection of buildings and a living open-air museum. Living the history of Switzerland of the time of craftsmen and the women who use to portray ancient craft for the trading of basket weaving, weaving, bread & cheese making, wood carving, and spinning.
Other than this you could even travel to Biel, for fascinating site for shopping, Beatenberg which boasts for providing you with the alluring ring-side seats for having a glimpse of Jungfrau mountains, Eiger and Monch; A village oozing with tradition-Bonigen and the farming village decorated over the range of mountains of Habkern along with a 17th Century Church where the tradition of Habkern are still rejuvenated.
