1. World Of Warcraft

this game literally never ends, there is always something to do, and you can get so involved with wanting to develop your character with achievements that are either obscure or so daunting to achieve that they consume your time. Working to gain flight in the 6th Expansion pack Legion, has consumed probably over 100 hours of /played time for me.

It was definitely a grind, but enjoyable because of the story and lore. The great thing about this game is you could play it for hours and hours in PvE( Player vs Everything) or PvP (Player vs. Player) or you could do instances for hours on end trying to defeat the hardest boss with achievements that are not easily gained playing with a (group) guild of members. You can also solo quest if you like the storyline.

2. EVE Online Omega

 EVE Online Omega a science fiction game stationed in space. Their slogan is something like you aren’t ready for this game. It is a space game that is so immersive and impressive ,The great thing about this game WoW ( World of Warcraft) is it also has a plethora of things to do or you could choose to be a part of the espionage in the game, political warfare or just be sucked into a battle with other players. They once had a battle that made gaming history.

3. Elite Dangerous
Which modern video games are the best for game marathons?

Super similar in concept but not nearly as robust as EVE online is Elite Dangerous which also has you in space with many quests, trading, and virtual combat.

4. Fallout 4
Which modern video games are the best for game marathons?
if you are a fan of single-player action games this is a great game, especially if post-apocalyptic movies or games are your favorite genre. Hundreds of hours can be spent in this awesome and substance filled game.
